Born in the southern plains of Nepal in Biratnagar, Sanjeela developed a love for travel from an early age, accompanying her parents on journeys across the country. These experiences sparked a deep curiosity about Nepal’s diverse landscapes, cultures and traditions, ultimately shaping her career path.

Although she initially began studying engineering, she soon realized her passion lay elsewhere and chose to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management at the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM).

With a background that bridges tourism, digital marketing and creative design, Sanjeela develops content that goes beyond promoting destinations. She is particularly interested in responsible tourism, cultural heritage interpretation and the ways authentic storytelling can foster more meaningful travel experiences. Her work spans social media strategy, branding and content creation, with a focus on communicating Nepal’s rich natural and cultural diversity in an engaging and respectful way.

Outside of her professional role, Sanjeela is also a tattoo artist with a passion for exploring different artistic mediums. She enjoys exploring Nepal’s spiritual traditions, indigenous knowledge systems, and living heritage. These interests continue to shape both her creative practice and her perspective on tourism.
